Delightful Voyage documents are not for public download. Access is issued only after management confirms a paid client, approved vendor, approved driver, or authorized staff member.

Access Policy

Only approved people can view required documents.

Management must approve every user before access is issued. Clients receive access after payment or onboarding approval. Vendors, drivers, and concierge partners receive access only after screening and approval.

Public safety rule: this public page does not show direct document links. Documents are available only through the approved portal.

Access levels

  • Client access: client terms, privacy, refund policy, intake forms, emergency contact, consent and completion documents.
  • Vendor access: vendor agreement, driver agreement, concierge assistant agreement, code of conduct and service standards.
  • Management access: all client/vendor documents, SLAs, templates, incident forms and operational documents.

Management Workflow

How access should be issued

Verify identity

Confirm the client, vendor, driver or staff identity and service purpose.

Confirm approval

For clients, confirm payment/onboarding. For vendors, confirm management approval.

Issue access

Send the appropriate portal access details only to the approved email or WhatsApp contact.

Record the action

Log the user, role, access date and assigned manager in the Google Sheet.
